At HMD, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
Returns
We accept free returns on sunglasses within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the product is not what you ordered, you should contact our customer service within 48 hours to request a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund once the product is received by our side.
Custom-Made or Personalized Eyewear
Custom-made or personalized eyewear products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was received damaged.
